We first met Simon Oldham in 2013. From owning the single site Ware Dental, trading as a traditional owner-managed practice, we’ve worked closely to help grow, rebrand and expand the practice into the esteemed Hertfordshire Dental Group.
We’ve helped build the management structure of the business, provided the financial information needed to make big decisions and gave strategic marketing guidance to bring in patients.

Our Process
When Dr Oldham first approached us, he wanted a new accountant and joined swiftly. Since joining, we’ve provided most of the services Hive has to offer.
The accountancy team worked closely with Caroline, one of the Directors of the group. They worked hard to ensure financial visibility was clear and delivered in a way that allowed informative conversations. This structure has been the foundation of being able to make big decisions.
Working with the marketing team at Hive has enabled practice growth, understanding of the marketing systems that work for the practice and stimulated great pathways to continue to grow. The team specifically introduced open evenings at the practice to drive high value treatment signup. They also used direct mail to increase implant patients which successfully grew their patient base in this area.
No service has been without impact, they have seamlessly dovetailed together to deliver the holistic growth plan we want all of our clients to experience.
