The Hive Diagnostic Day takes a full day of your time. We will encourage you to be open and honest, even if that feels unfamiliar and a little strange. When we understand where you are and what you want we can begin to set the path for your business.


HOW IT WORKS

We will analyse a lot of information before at least two of us arrive on site.
If you want to work two days a week and earn £300k then there’s certainly a plan for you, but we won’t be able to put it together without this initial piece of in depth research and preparation.

One of the biggest demands we see is for help evolving from a sole trader mentality (how the bulk of independents still operate) and scaling up to £1m turnover and beyond.

You will receive a comprehensive report which contains an objective analysis of your business and a summary with recommendations on your strategic direction. We don’t pull any punches, and some clients have been blown away to read the truth in plain English.
