Communication is a key element within any business, and we discussed this in a previous blog of ours.

At Hive, our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We service our clients by providing access to our expert industry knowledge, with the aim of ensuring that their tax positions are fully optimised, based on personal circumstances, at all times.

There are various methods we use to do this, including targeted mailshots and text reminders with useful information and deadlines, and the use of direct emails with clients.

Direct emails

We completely understand the importance that clear, concise and timely communication has on the quality of the service we provide, be it for the mortgage application that you’re looking to make, or the electric car that you’re looking to purchase. As a result, we have launched our client support inbox:

The idea behind the support inbox is to ensure that your questions and queries are picked up, handed to the appropriate expert to deal with and feedback to you swiftly. The support inbox will be monitored at every point of the working day so you should feel assured that you’ll always have the expertise of our dental specialist accountants at your fingertips, at all times.

Targeted mailshots

As an additional communication tool, we see huge benefits in the use of targeted mailshots.

We have a dedicated mailing list of our dental associates, which is broken down into relevant categories (for example, sole traders and those trading via limited companies). This enables us to tailor the information you receive via email to be targeted to your circumstances and therefore information that you would benefit from receiving.

We highly recommend that you don’t unsubscribe from this mailing list as we use this method to communicate important HMRC deadlines, changes to legislation that could impact you and your business, useful information on tax saving strategies, and much, much more.

My entire career has been focused on customer service and delivering five star service. I am wired to focus on ensuring that I can understand and anticipate a client’s needs, work to get the answer to a question, and to accurately communicate the outcome, all within a timely, efficient and accurate manner. As a result, I am excited to be overseeing the support function, as Head of Client Services.
