Survey Monkey is an online survey system (that has absolutely nothing to do with monkeys!).

What is Survey Monkey?

Survey Monkey is an online survey system (that has absolutely nothing to do with monkeys!) The system allows users to send and receive surveys quickly with one click of handy link.

You may be familiar with Survey Monkey if you are already a Hive client, as we use this system to collect new client information during the sign up process and to request your accounts and tax information.

Are my responses anonymous and secure?

Yes, all information given on a survey can only be viewed by the account holder. Our account is password protected and covered by Survey Monkey’s privacy policy which can be viewed here. Within our account, we can download, save and delete any information as required once a checklist is received.

Does Survey Monkey keep my email addresses private?

Yes, Survey Monkey keeps all respondents email addresses private and will not disclose any information to third parties.

Can a survey be saved and finished later?

You are able to save and return to a survey at your convenience. However, we will list anything important that you’ll need to complete the checklists on the first page as there may be some questions where you’ll need to refer to specific documents, your bookkeeping, for example.

Can I skip a question?

Yes, you can skip a question that either doesn’t apply to you or you need to come back to later.

If the survey doesn’t allow you to skip a question, try entering N/A to move forward.

How do I know that my responses have been recorded?

Survey Monkey will automatically save the information entered whenever you complete a section and click the ‘Next Page’ button or the ‘Done’ button at the end of your survey. We will then receive an email to inform us that you have begun or completed your survey.

The survey link you sent me doesn’t work?

We don’t often have issues with the links we send to our clients, however, if you’re trying to complete a survey but the link doesn’t work, please try copying and pasting the URL into your web browser’s address bar. If you still have no luck, please contact us and we will send you a new link to complete the survey.
