Earlier this year, we introduced you to the new departments of Hive. We made these changes to improve the way we work with you. Now that you have had time to experience how the different teams work, we wanted to update you on who you might hear from.
So, who will you hear from? The short answer is – everyone!
Our Support Function has been set up to provide you with clear and easy lines of communication. It will enable us to provide you with a quick and efficient response to your queries, from the person best placed to help you. This is also our internal hub of communication, allowing our teams to collaborate and coordinate. As a result, you should expect to hear from a wide range of members of the team.
Our Inbound team will be the ones reaching out to you for any additional documents we require, clarification on your personal tax returns or queries regarding your bookkeeping. They handle everything from data processing to ensuring your records are up to date. This team are also our Xero experts, and are on hand to answer any queries you may have and can provide you with training. They are responsible for reviewing your Xero data and suggesting improvements.
Finally, our Outbound team are responsible for the technical part of the process. This department is like your ortho / endo / implant specialists, driving the patient’s goals and treatment. They’re working behind the scenes to provide specialised support for your dental business’s needs, ensuring your accounts stay in top shape.
With this new system, we’re not only aiming for faster responses, but also for a more personalised experience. By having clearer lines of communication, you can reach the right person for the job right away.
