Dan is responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision of the Hive Business Group. He works with the leaders of each component business to create an effective culture and a high performance team to deliver the best results to their clients.

Dan works with a select group of dental businesses across the UK, setting the strategic formality, building the growth plans and significantly improving their asset value towards exit.

As an entrepreneurial organisation, Hive is always looking for new ventures that fit with their core values. Dan oversees these from conception to launch, working with start-ups, and establishing equity partnerships with existing organisations.
