Lucy has been with Hive Business since its inception and worked hard to help develop a positive team culture. She was also an integral team member in the implementation of Agile project management into each team; which is still used in different formats across the business.

Lucy is now focused on a project based role which involves innovating and executing new ways to promote Hive Business to the Dental market. This includes overseeing content creation, ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all platforms and analysing company reporting to make strategic marketing decisions. She is proactive and always level-headed in the work she does.

Lucy has a degree in Media and Visual Culture and, since being with Hive, has achieved a Distinction in the CIM Certificate in Marketing and completed the Hootsuite certification. Lucy is responsible for coordinating the content programme and marketing channels.
