Lucy is responsible for managing and developing the operational side of the business, constantly refining and enhancing the culture at Hive Business, enabling and empowering the team around her to deliver the best results. Lucy was integral in implementing Agile project management into each team and works with everyone to ensure standards are kept high. In addition, Lucy also works with dental practices to improve their internal system’s using elements of Agile. She is positive and proactive and always level-headed in the work she does.

Lucy has a degree in Media and Visual Culture and, since being with Hive, has achieved a Distinction in the CIM Certificate in Marketing and completed the Hootsuite certification. Lucy is responsible for coordinating the content programme and marketing channels.
